運用單分子螢光顯微鏡搭配體外重建的脂質膜平台或單一活體細胞觀測,

  1. 研究膜蛋白及下游蛋白訊號傳遞於單分子層級的機制
  2. 了解不同的Agonist 對於膜蛋白之作用
  3. 探討膜蛋白於免疫細胞識別之相關機制
  4. 開發高效率膜蛋白萃取與體外重建之技術
  5. 應用膜蛋白的二維相變化於蛋白分子二聚化的偵測
