  1. 金屬蛋白質活性中心、模型化合物、構造及其功能性探討(如small molecules (O2, NO, NO2-, NO3- , CO2, N2O) activation等)。
  2. 鐵硫亞硝基(dinitrosyl iron complexes (DNICs))之研究,包括一氧化氮捕捉/釋放,鐵硫亞硝基化合物對O2/NO/NO2-/NO3-/CO2的活化,RSNO與過渡金屬之鍵結反應及生化擬態之一氧化氮與蛋白質產生DNICs反應機制與產物之探討。
  3. 水裂解與CO2活化((photo)electrocatalytic water splitting and CO2 activation)
